Access violation popup windows causes Ensign to Crash

Hi,

When I exit BT during Ensign Playback, I get “access violation at address xxxxxx in module Ensin.exe. Read of address xxxxxxx” pop up windows until Ensign crashes. How to remedy this?

Is the error message from BT or from Ensign?
