Esignal playback vs tick replay

Does BT simulation mode work when using Esignal Bar Replay as opposed to tick replay ??

I know Tick Replay works but you are restricted to the data that you've been able to download in 10 day blocks but if it worked with the Bar Replay data on Esignal you could test years worth of data.

I have not used eSignal for sometime. BT works by getting the data tick by tick (or line by line). If it is a bar data, BT will just treat each bar data as a tick if the data is presented in the same format.
