Problem selecting ENSIGN Playback in the Preferences, Datasource menu.
I just downloaded and installed (fresh) "BT070130a53_951.exe" as well as the BTLinker files (BTLinker.spt and BTLinker1.lib).
I'm using Ensign version "09-12-08" on XP SP3.
I followed every step from this link http://www.bracket-trader.com/ensign.htm
After step 10: "click ENSIGN Playback in the Preferences, Datasource menu. Ensign Playback must not be in pause mode at this time. " I get a message saying "Start Ensign Playback with BT Link first".
Since I did all the previous steps, BTLink is on the chart, playback is running, not paused, etc..
What else can I try to get BT to accept Ensign's playback?
Thanks,

Make sure you have the correct Ensign path.
Check the News subfolder under Ensign, check if there is a link.txt file.
I haven't used Ensign for sometime now. |

Larry,
"Make sure you have the correct Ensign path. "
Meaning what? Ensign works fine, where does BT look for Ensign's path?
Also, I do have a link.txt file in Ensign/News.

No, Ensign is installed to E:.
Are you saying I need to manually point BT to Ensign? |
